What is Brand Sentiment?
Brand Sentiment is the part of Vorly Intelligence that reads what customers say. It reads reviews and comments one by one and groups them into the themes that move the score. You see what is loved, what is mixed, and the exact words people use. Herald then suggests which theme to lead with in the next ad.
